Error 0x80248014 when installing or updating apps - Microsoft Store

    Hello.
Windows Store don't work anymore. Nomatter if I try to install a new app, or update one I already has, it breaks off download and give me this error 0x80248014 or sometime 0x80070002. I have searched on google about this, but most answers are about Windows Update, and WU is working just fine, but not the Windows Store. I have read and tried this

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...dbd9880?page=3

    and this
Microsoft Store is broken in Windows 10 and I can't fix it

But I'm still without Windows Store, and there are 25 updates in there that can't be downloaded

What can I try? My windows version is 17763.292

If you don't have a system Image I would first create one so you can restore to this point. I would use a third party app like Macrium Reflect or similar tool.

I saw that your windows update work but in several documents it suggests you reset Windows update.

If you create another account does the Store work?

I have tried to create another account, but the store does still not work (same errors at download), as I wrote I have tried all the things written in the 2 links. I do make an image every week with acronis, but I only save for 4 weeks at the time, and this error is more than 4 weeks old, so my imageback up is not helping at this time. As Windows Update has been working ok all the time, I have not discovered that the Windows Store was NOT working, as I seldom use Windows Store.

Saw that Windows update was working. Also saw in articles to reset Windows update. Did you try that?

One other thing you could do is an inplace repair.

Yes, I have tried to reset Windows update AND windows store.
But I have not tried to do an In-Place Upgrade, maybe this will work? I have to find out tomorrow when not at work

    Sorry to hear that.

Honestly they have to fix this. A clean install should not be a fix !!

Did you make all those fixes in elevated command prompt (procedure you've mentioned in 1st post)?

You can connect to Store? Only download fails?

Nothing in Group policy about Store?

#9 Yes, an elevated prompt (and elevated Powershell when requested).
Yes I can open WS, and browse around, but it can't download anything (new apps or updates to allready installed apps).
I have never changed anything in Group policy, and I don't know what to look for/change in there about WS
