I've several old film slide negatives from the 80's which I'm scanning with DigiScan to transfer onto my PC and need to enhance colours, tone, darker or lighter and so on but can't remember the name of the Win 10 app that does it rather than doing it online.
Does anyone know the name ?

Not a direct answer to your question (I don't know the answer), but: I use a 3rd party program called VueScan. I have also used the software that came with my Epson V37 scanner; theirs is called Epson Scan. Either of them has the features that you mention. Actually I prefer to scan in my photos (have not done slides) 'as is' and make the image adjustments using another 3rd party program called IrfanView; it is quite a versatile image management program.
