Some programs I'm trying to use that work on other computers won't work on this computer. Rather, they show a window full of gibberish text. Any solutions or help will be appreciated.

No, it shouldn't but that's just a message from it, might also be a problem with GPU or some other driver it requires if it works on other W10 computers. Funny looking game. looks like something that belongs to Atari or Commodore.

Would that also affect the command line application pkg2zip?
Also checking in Task Manager when the window opens responds a title that is " " (it's empty)
