    Alright man, I'll try to be a front runner on getting some of this stuff fixed and pulling members up! I am pretty sure you didn't try to manually clear any kind of Cookie/DataCaches =P Windows 10 is a bit wonky with it right now, but give it time I guarantee it'll be something worth using =P

Hi there If you want to pin Metro apps / standard apps to desktop / create a custom toolbar with these as CASACADABLE items it's fairly simple. I made a post way back in W8.1 about this --method still works - no reg hacks, XAML knowledge etc...
When I attempt to shutdown or restart my pc I receive a message stating that there are still apps/processes still running. The number of apps running usually runs between 16-20 apps/processes. However, there are never any applications or programs...
