Hi, are you using a VPN or proxy?

@dalchina, it should be neither. It is hardwired to the modem via an Ethernet cable.

That doesn't preclude a VPN or using proxy server settings in your browser.

Solution: TLS Security Settings were unchecked. Checked them, and the Windows Store app seems to load now.

    Great!

Do you know what a VPN is? Have you checked your browser proxy settings?
    Do you know how to?

Using a VPN usually means you have some special software on your PC which is runnning and enabled. Your internet connection is encrypted and routed to a server - wcih could be anywhere in the world. Usually you specify or know the country.

@dalchina, it stands for Virtual Private Network. I have checked my browser proxy settings, and all seemed to be okay. Yes, right now, my server is coming from Trussville, Alabama, USA, and Monroe, Louisiana, USA. Other times, it will come from my physical location which is Pell City, Alabama, USA, or Lincoln, Alabama, USA. It has even come from other location in the USA near me as well. I do not have any special software on my PC's that would cause me to be using a VPN. As I stated before, I have a ethernet cord coming from the modem and going to into the back of the tower on this computer. It's yellow. My ISP is CenturyLink.
