    That's a text file - not an image file. Save it to desktop and see if it's the same attributes.

    Same props and vals (except creation date) in desktop copy.

    I found this comment by a user in a different site: "The properties do not only show what is saved as metadata, but also what the operating system knows about that file". If true then it raises the question of where resides what the OS knows about any given file?
