    Great news.

That's why I like to copy and paste the name instead. It's hard to tell if you get all the character like that one when manually typing it.

Yes, but Copy/paste does not seem to work on Powershell . That's why I was manually typing the command.
    It works on Command Prompt.

I've noticed that as well with it not always accurate in PowerShell.

    LOL, resistance is futile.

Do you have an added keyboard layout for this language that could possibly be wanting it?

I've just gone to Update & Security > Advanced Options > unchecked "Give me updates for other Microsoft products...…"

Do you think that will help ?

I don't think that will affect this. That setting is more for something like Office.

No. I do have 2 wireless keyboards, but I use only one at a time. The other one has its batteries removed and boxed.

Working fine here. For pasting use right click, for copying, mark (with left click and hold), and press Ctrl +C

Don't have an answer to auto reinstall... Didn't happen to me, but this is Insider system.

    1. copy/paste will work in Powershell (Admin), but problematic in non-admin version.

    2. I haver just removed the damn thing again via Powershell (Admin). See how long it will last this time.
