No. My default display language is English (Canada).
    So is the Speech option.

No, I have English as default, but Slovenian experience whatever can't be uninstalled

    You could try in powershell:
Tutorials | How to Uninstall Desktop Apps and Windows Apps in Windows 10
    Option 3...

mine was at the bottom of the list
    in powershell
    Get-AppxPackage | Select Name, PackageFullName
    Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePacksl-SI Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePacksl-SI_18309.1.3.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe
    +

    So this should uninstall it:

    remove-appxpackage Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePacksl-SI_18309.1.3.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe
    Edit: it's gone

Read the post above (link to tutorial: option 3)

    in elevated powershell type:
    Get-AppxPackage | Select Name, PackageFullName
to find full name of your package. After that,
    remove-appxpackage fullpackage name

    Correct gb = Great Britain

You would be using step 4 in Option Two below for this.

You would need the PackageFullName to the right of that.

I don't think the follow is of any relevancy. But just in case...…
The issue mentioned above is on my mini pc:

Beelink BT3 Pro II Mini PC Computer Windows 10 4GB Ram 64GB eMMC Intel Atom x5-Z8350

I have it only since Christmas Eve. Updating has been a pain. So far I have it running Win 10 Home ver 1803 build 17134.472.

Worked for me, but I did run powershell as admin. In tutorial it's the same as you did. Shawn will tell more, I'm sure...

Yeah, you might see if running the command in an elevated PowerShell may allow it to work.

This is crazy. Removal failed ONLY because I type _ instead of __
Once I redid it. Removal works. It's now truly removed from my computer.
