For few days now my Adobe Reader DC get closed after few seconds after activation,can't read anything.Started after MS update few days ago.Have tried to repair it but get closed too.Have latest version insatalled.Put exclusion in MalverBytes.
I think I would run sfc /scannow just to ensure there are no underlying system issues.
I would then uninstall it completely, restart and re-install.
Not sure how you are opening, if you are clicking on a specific PDF try a different one.
Have switched to Foxit Reader,no problem now.
