Anyone getting this? Have tried re-signing in but no dice.

Make sure you have latest version of Windows 10 installed.
When you sign out restart your computer then sign in to your Microsoft account.
See if another user account works.
Start by running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot
Scroll down to the bottom
Click Windows Store Apps
If Windows Store Apps doesn't workpress Windows key and R key and type wsreset.exe and click OK button.

No idea why the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter wants to reset temporary internet files location but correcting that didn't fix the Store. I will try a sign out and reboot.

Make sure Firewall not blocking Windows Store App.
Can you install Windows updates?

How much free space your C: partition have?
Reinstall Store app.
Press Windows key + X
Click Windows PowerShell (Admin)
At the Powershell console, type the following then hit Enter:
Code:Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
