There isn't even such a thing as a tenforums T-shirt as far as I know. (I did get a free Firefox one...!).

The app is still working but I just noticed that the forecast for my area on the Weather app shows no precipitation for the next 9 days but the 'official' NOAA/NWS forecast has a chance of snow for Wednesday. Think I'll stay with the NWS version since we probably will get part of the big system now in the Pacific Northwest.

FWIW, I'm on the same 4.28.3242.0 version and yet the live tile still works. It does however, change from the blue background to black randomly. And launching the app, it reverts back to blue after I exit. I never paid much attention to it in the past so I can't say this is something new, or it's always been this way. Thanks to this thread I'm checking it more often now than I did WU looking for the 1809 update.

No, it's new behaviour since 4.28.3242.0. In all previous versions the Live Tile would cycle through today's weather and that for the days ahead, whether or not you opened the app. Now opening the app stops the live tile working and it gets stuck on the blue icon.

Additional: If you have Weather set to show detailed status on the lock screen, that function is also broken after opening the app.

Confirmed and it returns to the lock screen as soon as it starts up again.

I have now reported it in the Feedback Hub. As I don't use an MS Account I can't follow its progress though...

I've been in and out of the app several times this morning. Just now opened the Start Menu and low and behold the tile cycled through the current temperature. Don't know if this plays any part in any of this, but nearly ALL my tiles are sized Small.
