Latest weather app update partially breaks the live tile

The weather app version 4.28.3242.0 is working fine here in Canada.

The Weather app 4.28.3242.0 works fine here in the UK. What stops working if you open the app is its Live tile when you have it pinned to the Start menu.

It will start working eventually, but it takes at least 20 minutes to recover.

Thanks @Porthos, but Crizal reported the bug from Florida, so seems the US is not immune.

What version of Windows was yours tested on?

What about the Live Tile on start? That's the only bit that is broken...

Well, I'm convinced, but I have now broken the live tile on four completely different machines.

One x64 17134.471, two x64 17763.194, one in a VM, and an x86 17763.194.
