    Remove duplicate default program entry

After a bout with some spyware, I found that I have two entries for Firefox in my list of default programs in Win 10 settings. One won't let me pick Firefox as the default browser when I choose that one. I want to remove it from the list. Is there a quick way? See the screenshot. Thanks!

Thanks. I'm quite sure. I always have run x64, and all of my add-ons seem to be in both. In the one that won't let me make FF the default browser, it seemed like some add-ons, like LastPass weren't working properly. I suspect that my temporary (I hope) run-in with malware didn't create and want me use the "bad" Firefox. So, I just want to get rid of it, which can't hurt.
