You can always add a firewall rule to block all outbound traffic from ccleaner.exe/ccleaner64.exe.
Use this tutorial and you'll get rid of all ads.
Add or Remove Allowed Apps through Windows Firewall in Windows 10 | Tutorials
or do it with a PowerShell command.
Note that you have to update yourself...as ccleaner will not be able to update, since blocked from the firewall!
