    I tried alot of solutions and nothing worked at all

    Does it attempt to start and immediately stop? Do any other Store Apps work? Such as MS News or MS Sports?

    If you have IPv6 disabled in your LAN settings, Store and Store apps will have trouble functioning. Check that and see, just to rule it out.

    You could also check Settings > Privacy > Background Apps >MS Store ON/OFF toggle.

    I believe that's only to keep it running in the background, not on demand.

app store not opening
in Software and Apps

I have recently installed and have two profiles on laptop. One for my daughter and one for me, both login using Microsoft account. My daughter can open app store, but when I switch to my profile it wont open at all. Any ideas?
