I guess, you do not have Windows 10 S. Try to run CMD as admin and copy/paste:
    Code:
    reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer" /v "AicEnabled" /t REG_SZ /d "Anywhere" /f

    Welcome to TenForums.

If you have Windows 10 S the option is not available. However, even if you have the normal Windows 10 you only see that option in Apps & features when you are signed in with an account that is an administrator. A standard user cannot see or change this option.

Is the account you sign in with an administrator? Look in Settings > Accounts > Your info. If it doesn't say administrator beneath your account name, as mine does, then you are not signed in as an administrator. You have to sign in as an administrator to be able to allow apps from anywhere.

OK, your account is an administrator. Is your PC running Windows 10 in S Mode? If so you need to switch out of S Mode to install apps from outside the Store. You may need to buy a 10 Pro upgrade in order to switch. See...

I think, that S mode gives another message, unless they changed it.

In that case @daaly95 should click the blue 'See how' link at the bottom of their message. What it then says should be appropriate to the situation. I'd expect it to say whether it's in S mode or just needs the Settings changed.

The option is missing there, as shown in the first post (screenshot).
Maybe an upgrade caused it to disappear, since 1809 adds one more option.
Changing via registry should do the trick or maybe SFC scan or a repair upgrade.
