I'm having a real problem with certain tiles on the laptop. I have google there I also have it in the tray and on the start menu yet when I click on any one of them they will not open, same for messenger for Facebook that thing refuses to open anywhere i click. any answers as to why this is happening? I'm ready to pitch this laptop as it's been nothing but a headache for months, nothing I do helps.
Do you have the latest Google Chrome installed? I went through a similar issue with a Win7 Notebook with a site and it was because Chrome was too far out of date [the result of not doing updates], don't have the number for it as the Notebook was picked up by the owner yesterday.
EDIT: Update, the latest Version of Google Chrome is 70, the client was still using Version 12..

Unpin from Start the affected Tiles, update or reinstall the applications, then pin to Start and Task bar if required again.
Go to MS Store and update all the Apps.
