Can't Change Default App For PDF

I have tried everything I found online about this & Windows still will not let me change the default app for opening pdf files. I want to use Libre Office Draw but it is not on the list of options. They want me to choose an app from the Windows store. It does not give me an option to choose from my PC.

I'd try it in LibreOffice Writer instead but Draw should open it. Right-click the file and choose Open with then you'll need to try to find Draw. I ended up in the LibreOffice Folder in C:\Program Files [for 64-bit computers] and chose sdraw.exe, opened the .pdf file I chose as it was a drawing. It did take awhile. Some default programs can be changed but since Microsoft wants to use Edge to open .pdf files you might need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader before trying to change [take the focus away from Edge], it's free from Adobe: Creative, marketing and document management solutions at the bottom of the page [unless they've changed their page again].

TIP: LibreOffice program .exe/executable file names will start with s such as swriter, scalc, sbase, etc., it's a holdover from the days of when it came from or was developed from Sun Micro's Star Office.

Thank you, Berton. That worked & it does open with Draw. I want to use Libre because I have Terms of Use files in pdf. I wanted to be able to edit the product name to prevent confusion about which product it refers to. Thanks for your help.
