    You would need to set to start getting Insider builds for the Fast ring.

    Correct. Once you are set to get Insider builds in the Fast ring, you will get them via Windows Update.

    Sorry for all the questions... when the builds come in are they long to download and install like going from 1803 to 1809

    Also I’m windws insider program the option get started is greyed out!?

    Nothing to be sorry about.

    Unfortunately, yeah it can take a while for it finish downloading and installing an Insider build via Windows Update. Sometimes even a couple of hours for some.

    Are you currently signed in to Windows 10 with an administrator account? You'll have to be to set your Insider settings for the PC.

    I’m the admin and I also tried via group policy but it’s still greyed out where’s it says get started

    In that case if you are also using a Microsoft account, go ahead and start a new thread for that issue to keep this tutorial on topic. Be sure to include some screenshots to see if that may help reveal what the issue could be.
