Store apps keep reinstalling

I am pretty sure I uninstalled most of the store apps after installation some months ago, and have gotten a notification about some nonsense album being created for me few minutes ago. Upon some inspection I realized most if not all of that garbage somehow got reinstalled, presumably with one of the cumulative updates (that's the only way I can think of).
Is there any way to prevent this?

It used to be the case these would all reappear after a feature update (upgrade), then MS started respecting users' choices. Could this ceased to be the case again, and have happened after an upgrade? If so, which one?

I might had been experimenting with or testing some installation scripts and accidentally forgotten to uninstall the garbage. A CU has been installed yesterday and no apps were reinstalled, so I suspect it was a user error after all.

This is weird, there are no such keys over here.

This is weird, there are no such keys over here.

That is because the user must create them.

Ah, ok!
I hope someone updates it for current version. I mean, I assume some apps added or changed over time.
