Using Microsoft Store with Google Chrome installed

Just did a clean install of 1803 build, but i noticed after installing Google Chrome, Microsoft Store won't open.

Any help appreciated to rectify this.

Tried all the trouble shooters/diagnostics in windows as well.

Do you still have Edge installed? Chrome has nothing to do with the Microsoft Store. See this about reinstalling Store. Reinstall and Re-register Apps in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

Microsoft Store was working fine before Chrome was installed, and yes Edge is still installed.

Tried,

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *WindowsStore*).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

Still no joy

I doubt it's related to Chrome but you could try uninstalling Chrome. Does the problem happen in other accounts? If so you could have a corrupt account profile. Otherwise you could restore using System Restore, do a repair install or recover from the last working backup which is what I would do.
