    Good system cleaner/maintenance software?

What's everyone using as a good system cleaner/maintenance app these days, like ccleaner?

I learned that no cleaner at all is the best cleaner.
Using only built in "Windows disk cleaner" is enough.
and registry, I prefer to clean it up by hand after removal of software.

that implies installing only software you trust and and have tested before and you know you won't be removing it from PC.
and if I ever come to the point of bloated/slow performance OS, then I just reinstall the OS.

CCleaner is useful for removing unneeded restore points and general cleanup of items missed by Disk Cleanup. I don't fiddle with registry cleaning. Wise Disk Cleaner is also useful. I used to use Patch Cleaner but stopped using it since it screwed up Office 2010 updates.

What in particular are you trying to do? Those programs that claim to clean Windows, can actually break things.

Recent builds of Windows includes a pretty good cleaner with Storage Sense. Configure it to how you want and it'l run automatically.

    Avoid anything containing this word.

    Auslogics

This is a quote from the "product" site. I inserted the underline.

    "
Loss of important documents after registry cleaning will most likely not occur with Auslogic registry cleaner."
