    There seems to be a bug that if I drag "file"-type command on my toolbar around, it sometimes creates a hidden copy/dupe somewhere.

    I know this because when I use the shortcut I assigned to it, it will trigger twice and I can still trigger it even if I deleted the one on my toolbar later.

    But I can't see the command on my toolbar at all, and have no way to modify/delete it.

    Does anyone encounter the same and have a way to solve it?

    Even when they occasionally made upgrades to QTtabBar, no developer ever responded to questions or suggestions.

    I don't use it though. I prefer Tablacus Explorer (tricky to configure including plugins for novice users) or Files app from MS Store.
