Quite anxious to see the new, upcoming version!

I've just noticed that there are a lot of items that QTTabBar puts in the context menu when I right click a sub folder. There are so many that I have to scroll. Is there a way to eliminate some of those?

You can turn them off in QTTabBar Options->Folder View Shell Context Menu tab.

Wow! I swear that I went through every option before I posted, even the Folder View options, BUT, I completely missed the Shell context menu tab.

When you search in Explorer, your result will have a blueish glow momentarily, in the result Tab!

Maybe it's your color scheme. Mine stays blue, although a green bar will move left to right & then disappear if the search results in a large number of items. (Although your color scheme is nicer.)

Are you saying you have no search icon in Windows Explorer? Although, mine is a little different than Edwin's, I have 2. One came with Explorer & one with QTTabBar:
