Here, I have uploaded the icons that I've used. Most are the same as version 1038, but I changed a few.

Additional: I numbered them to be used 1 thru 17 starting from the left of the tabbar.
Thx you, I cooked something with the icons available from system32\SHELL32.dll, at least softer for the eye that the total white that come now with v.1042. I worked with whatwas available

I checked the Icons, and I will definetly use some which seems more suited, like for Recents Tabs or Recents Files and others

Is that build specific, I wonder? Not seeing that on 1903..
Could definitely be the case. I don't remember those lags being an issue with LTSB 2016 (v1607), probably only started when I moved to LTSC 2019 (v1809),

I'm using QT 1041 - is there a way to prevent a new File Explorer window from opening if I initiate opening a folder from a Windows search result and I already have one or more File Explorers opened. Thanks

Try right-click, open in new tab.

Let me provide some details on what I'm asking:
    1. Win + NirSoft [Enter] will find my folder named NirSoft using Windows key/search
There's no right-click option to open the folder: (sorry about the double images, can't figure out how to delete one )

No idea how that answers my question. Suggestions on a 3rd party start menu?

    Try this:
    1. Open Windows Explorer to any folder (i.e.tab). e.g. Current Projects
    2. If you want to keep that tab open, duplicate it (there's a button on the tabbar. If not, just do step 3.
    3. In the address bar, click on "This PC" (or whatever the name of your PC). It will be the left most choice in the address bar.
    4. Put your cursor in the search bar & type NirSoft.
    5. When the search is over, just click on the NirSoft folder & it will open in a new tab without closing any others.

Also, when you have duplicate attachments, click the button that I show below. It will open up your attachments & you can remove one. It's the 8th button from the left on the top row of your post.
