Windows 10 1809: Microsoft Store Can't Connect to the Internet

    Hi TenForums,

I'm having a problem opening Microsoft Store, it keeps telling me to check my internet connection. Even though I have good connection. It wont let me open apps downloaded from the store, like Xbox and Roblox. Edge cant connect to the internet too!

I think this started yesterday after the cumulative update 4464330, not sure though it its the cause.

    Any feedback/help is appreciated.

    Here are some screenies:

    Thanks,

I already tried resetting the store using this guide .

Done trying to re-register using this guide

Tried the built-in troubleshooter in the settings, to no avail.

    Still cant open.

Check that ipv6 is turned on enabled. I believe its Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Change adapter settings. Then right click and select properties. Then check the box for Internet protocol Version 6.

Had the same issue. I had IPv6 disabled. All Store Apps just sat there, spinning. Enabled in LAN, and Ta-Da! Has nothing to do with whether or not your ISP supports it. MS uses it to link to their Store and all. No DNS lookups involved.

Thank you everyone who commented! Got it solved by reseting the Networks.
Settings > Network & Internet > Network Reset > Reboot PC
