    Windows apps with icon download, is gone when connect to the internet


    Hello i need help
    Im clean install windows 1809 on my laptop
    But the start screen apps like candy rush .dolby audio. And more life tile is gone when im first connect to the internet.
    I try install in virtual machine and the problem is same
    Seems like the store microsoft is error
    does anyone experience this too??

    Hi Adityar

    Unless you must install 1809 I strongly suggest you install 1803. There are lots of discussion about 1809, some positive, some negative. The most recent fixes just two day ago have cause issues with HP machines. One members opinion, install a stable functioning OS and enjoy your device.

    Here is the clean install tutorial. If you you use the MCT tool you will get 1803. If you have a good ISO / USB Thumbdrive with 1809 then this is your machine. Enough said.

    It also appears in 1809 the IPv6 must be enable for store and apps.
