    protected folders - 1809


    I keep getting a notification, lower right, that an app wants to be allowed but is flagged. I can understand if it's not a windows app but these seem to be Onedrive, with both folders, etc.
    I don't know why Windows is flagging its own folders as inappropriate and if I should allow them or not?

    Here is an example. It occurs a lot.

    Also but off topic is that system restore is being filled with "windows modules".
