Windows store: Page could not be loaded please try again later

Bought Forza horizon 4 for pc on the windows store, It loaded up fine and I ran the benchmark to test the settings and got a lovely solid 60fps, exited out of the game while I ate food and returned 5 minutes later and now I can;'t even access the game as clicking on it on the windows store gives the 'Page could not be loaded please try again later' message and the error code Code: 0x00000194.

Well that's friday night ruined after waiting all day for it to download, I'm absolutely raging now.
Anybody got any solutions so I can at least play 20 minutes of the damn thing? If not where do i go for windows store refunds (given that the store now seems to be broken).

Quick update: Only seems to be games that won't work on the store. Apps working just fine.

Ipv6 is running, store has always worked fine up until now. No changes whatsoever to computer, no new software, drivers or settings changes what so ever.

Literally went from fully functional to broken for no apparent reason.

Some more update, I'm sure windows wants to make it extra annoying for me: If I sign out of the store account then the store works fine again.
Sing back in again and I can't launch my games.

Additional Info also, I CAN launch games via going to 'my library' and pressing 'play', only Forza 4 is nowhere to be seen on the list of installed games. Other stuff like gears of war is there, as is forza horizon 3. But all attempts to use the store are resulting in error message
