Video player for taskbar?

Heyall, long time no see?

I'm wondering if there's any video player which is able to play videos on taskbar? Currently i'm using PotPlayer... dunno if it has that option.

Do you mean you want an icon on the taskbar that can launch your video player? If so, next time you are running your PotPlayer right-click on its icon on the taskbar and select 'pin to taskbar'.

No man not really, that I know... I wanna see video playback on taskbar as a thumbnail. Realtime.

Nothing to do with OP's question, just a tip:

Open Registry Editor and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Taskband. Add a new 32 bit DWORD, name it MinThumbSizePx, and add a decimal value in pixels for your thumbnail previews. Max size is 500 pixels.



Sign out, sign in (alternatively restart Explorer). Now the previews are shown in your preferred size.



Practical if you want to watch video on thumbnail preview.

surely you don't mean a tiny live thumbnail on the Taskbar???

Yes I meant a pinned live thumbnail on taskbar, as I already have potplayeralways on top option available.
