First, I don't want to clean everything all the time, just some things before making backups for instance. Second, I want to know exactly what am I cleaning (deleting) away. For most, disk cleanup is enough. Another thing is that I don't let system and disks get "dirty", I use Revo uninstaller that cleanly uninstall programs without leftovers. After a new build or large updates, Disk Cleanup deletes 25 - 30GB of unwanted stuff.
i also use revo and even under the advance scan it does not always get all entries on c or in the registry.

A program would have to hide something very good for Revo not to find (Performance test by Passmark hid a separate folder) but if you install a program thru Revo it does get everything. In any case CCleaner for instance never found anything that Revo missed.
