APPCRASH, when launch game: Exception code: 0xc00001a5, 0xe06d7363

Hello people,

When I try to launch a game it crashes within 3 seconds of launching.
It used to work before until after the game and windows got updated, others on windows 10 say it works for them.

Eventviewer gives me 2 errors:
KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.17134.165Exception code: 0xe06d7363

_Launcher.exe, versie: 1.1.1.1Exception code: 0xc00001a5

I'm running windows 10 on a desktop and laptop, both crash. When running the game on windows 7 it doesn't crash.
I ran dism, sfc, chkdsk, reinstalled c++ installations, reinstalled the game, reinstalled windows updates.

I tried compatibilty on windows 7 and it still does the same thing
