How to turn off the User Control Prompt for apps already allowed?

I have a couple of apps that I've set to "Run as Admin" in their Properties. I thought that doing so would kill the prompt that appears everytime I launch them, but unfortunately no.

I have 2 different scenarios occurring and I would like to eliminate having to confirm that it's "safe" every time I launch:

User Account Control: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" on a program I've already set to Run as Admin and has a verified publisher. (Light Blue Box)

User Account Control: "Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?" on a program I've already set to Run as Admin and has Publisher: Unknown. (Yellow Box)

Super grateful for anyone who can provide a solution to this!

    Unfortunately this can't be done.

There is an alternative - or more accurately, a very different - approach you could take, and that is to use a white listing program such as SecureAplus (which runs alongside any existing AV).

Only programs (exe's and dll's) in the white list can run- anything else is challenged.

However, UAC remains an issue, as some thing don't work if you turn UAC off so as not to get any UAC prompts.

    - see approaches below esp. Winaero Tweaker to automatically create elevated prompt.

Thanks for breaking it to me... I'll look into both options. Definitely not looking for something that will "always be running in the background". I'd rather live with the prompt than that.

Actually, there is another approach (sorry didn't recall these options before):

(I've had to type it like that as the site can't cope with this site's URLs)

    And here's the tenforums tutorial:

Excellent - yes I think I'll go with this last approach mentioned on lifehacker. I only need to do this for 2 apps so it will be worth doing so. Thanks Dalchina!

Forget the hard work - Winaero (reliable, great documented tweaker and much more on his site) has this:

(but note it requires you to run as admin - see note at bottom)

Excellent! This was super easy and useful since I am using the Admin account anyway. When I launch the newly created elevated shortcut I see a brief flash of what appears to be two command prompt windows but I think that's likely normal as it still accomplishes what it's supposed to do. So I'd say this is the best/quickest solution for anyone annoyed by having to always answer yes when prompted by their favorite app.

    Thanks again!
