I bought a Sony PX470 IC recorder, it came with Software, Sound Organiser 2 to install on my computer, but I cannot get any sound even though there is no problem with the speakers etc. on my computer.
I have since found that Sound Recorder 2, and/or IC recorder PX470 is not compatible with Windows 10.
Does anyone know of another similar sound recorder programme I can download please.?

Yes I read that, the problem is Sound Organiser 2, there is no sound. The sound on my computer check out ok. I've asked Sony what the problem could be but they don't reply.
Is this how you installed Sound Organizer 2? Installing Sound Organizer 2 (for Windows only)
If you can't get it to work then return it.
What is the draw of this device for you (why do you want one). If we knew what you were trying to accomplish we might be able to make recommendations for a different device.
