So the setting can not be found anymore in Control Panel?
Not in the old one and the new one is essentially useless, since you can select only from a few registered apps, sometimes from nothing at all, so the only option is to use Properties (until they remove that too).

Got it. I was indeed referring to the old one when I mentioned the Control Panel. Well, since it can not be found there unlike in the current version 1803 then I guess it's fixed. It's now a matter of time until the October 2018 update gets released then.

I've tried using the Settings App, but I always seem to end up using Control Panel?
Is it just me, or is the Settings App just a partial duplication of CP?
