Getting "Stream read error" on HiBit Uninstaller

This installer worked just fine on my old Dell, which just died. I now have a new Dell desktop and I can run HiBit once and then the next time I open it I get this error and none of the programs load.

Yes, I am aware of both of those and use them. However, this was highly recommended by a source that I trust implicitly and what I like about this one is that it has a junk file cleaner on it. I always used to use CCleaner, but not anymore.

Install the latest version.(2.0.21)
HiBit Uninstaller
Works for me.
