    PDF Editors powerful and cheap

    Hello all!

I'm looking for a PDF editor fully compatible with Windows 10, such as Foxit but not so expensive. The Standard license is US$ 129 The software is good but I think It's not worth it.

I use Acrobat so I don't have experience with these free suggestions. You can read the Pros and Cons and see and test to see if any do what you want - https://www.lifewire.com/best-free-pdf-editors-4147622

I also have used Adobe Acrobat since back in the late '90s, bought first install at retail $400+ then only Upgrades after that, really have need for scanning existing documents to a .pdf file and for some cases adding protection such as printing only and passwords to do other functions. Their Subscription plans don't look too bad.

Thanks for answering me. After a quick research, I decided to give PDFEscape Desktop a try. It's not free but it costs much less than PDF Phantom. I'll keep this thread open for a couple days to see more suggestions then I'll close. Thanks a lot!

If you already own Microsoft Word 2016 or 2013, then skip all the suggested programs below: You have a great PDF editor at your disposal right now...
A statement that also applies to Libre Office. A .pdf can be opened and edited in Draw. The modified document can be saved in any Office format, or exported as a PDF. The other Libre Office apps such as Calc and Writer can also export as PDF.

Agree. This is also a good option.
