The default view on my install of Revo 4 was with Icons and not a list. I did not have to change anything.

I did a clean install of ver 4 so I wonder if that gave me the list view.

Yes as I did the same thing too. Only took a few mouse clicks to fix the view ...

Yep, clean here, too. Went back and set all my options.

I installed it over 3.2.1 and it was removed during install as most programs are.
