I looked for any discount on ver 4 but couldn’t find it so I paid for 2 years’ worth of updates.
I’ve also just tried going through purchase again & I couldn’t enter my previous email address for any discount as it wasn’t accepted; that may have been because I’d already bought.
It was worth the cost - I had the previous ver for 5 years.

Has to be same email that you used when you bought version 3.2.1
If you are sure it was correct email, you can chat with online support, and explain your issue, they can offer you a refund if your email was correct one.

Yes it was, I even checked with the original receipt & it was the same as I’d entered.
    I’ll try support.
