You can create a script out of the *.Bat Files....
Use Utilities / XPE Packed Application Creator and Point to BAT file as 32Bit in Step 1

    I will Note:
That most batch files are written to work with the Online Image - which in the case of XPE > that would be X:\ - because C:\ would now be an offline image when booted into ram

Would try to test the batch files if that works in WinPE.

The ones written by me use PowerShell. Does your WinPE include PowerShell?

Oh I know. The Run as Administrator code. It requires PowerShell also.

The workaround is make an exe file using that.

You also need PowerShell to put logs into a ZIP file, but I don't think you need the logs on WinPE.

Damn alright man, I wonder if there's someone who could test it out. Idk why it's getting glitched in admin mode only while it works fine normally.

A couple things. I mentioned about Nocturnal and the other on provided with Win10XPE. They might not be updated to work with 1803, surely that might have been an issue but the themes do work properly when not in admin mode. That is with 1809/1903/21H2. The theme also works fine when windows is installed normally, while I am logged into the default Administrator account, not any user account.
It is the same with other themes too. So it is not that the themes do not work it is only in a particular case that they don't which is Win10XPE's administrator mode.

And it is also not due to the mismatch of themes with windows version. I also tried with themes which are built for 21H2 or 1909/1903 and they all fail too, only in the admin mode. If you're up for testing I can link you a couple themes just dm me the winver you're using and I'll make note to send you only compatible and tested themes for that winver. I think maybe it's due to the way how a winpe logs into the admin account, an account that shouldn't be there in a winpe (but is there since we're using the winre portion of the windows instead of the actual winpe)
