Finally, after exhausting every "combination" of Settings and using different Windows 10 Builds...

The simple solution was "Start Wireless Configuration Exporter"

I was going to sync. I take it the location where we synch has changed?

PS: I wrote and app that will find not only new files, but also changed files either by pressing start and stop or any time period you specify. It's also full configurable where the data files are made. It will also retain your settings from the previous search. You are welcome to it if you wish.
