Use an isohandler. Browse to the iso, click bootable or similar in the iso handler toolbar , select add boot image, browse to the boot image, then save the iso.

    Download gBurner

Two years ago, I downloaded “Win14393PESE_x64 ISO” and burnt it onto a DVD.
Today, in BIOS, under "Boot Mode Selection", I selected "UEFI only". Then I tried and failed to boot my PC from the DVD. I suppose “Win14393PESE_x64 ISO” does not support UEFI. Does "Win10XPE_2019-07-20.7z" support UEFI?
Copy the contents of the ISO to a Fat32 Formatted USB Stick...

Win10XPE is a WinPE Media Builder...

Both the ISO and Media Builder support MBR & UEFI Booting

Is it possible to do the same on a DVD?

If I select "English", can it display Chinese characters in a file?
Win14393PESE_x64 ISOdoes not support Chinese characters, which will be shown as junk characters. I want an English version that can also display Chinese characters.
    I am now downloading (at a speed of about 1000 KB/s) "Win10_1903_V1_English_x64.iso".

they will be in X:\Program Files\

the last picture you show has a "Programs" and a "Source" Folder
what is in the "Programs" folder ??
As the Boot.wim is in "Sources" folder
    ¿Kyhi como esta ?

    VIEW OF THE 3 ROUTES.

    1) In this route only the programs predetermined by the developer are found.

I used Chrome to download the ISO, and it came to a halt when 3 GB was downloaded.
I used Edge to download the ISO, and it came to a halt when 2.5 GB was downloaded.
May I download it from another site? Any suggestion?

Go into "Sources" and Extract the Boot.wim
To look for Your Portable Programs

Also why is the ISO on the ROOT of that Drive ????

You seem to be Building to USB and then using Custom Folder to include your Portable Apps...
Using the Custom Folder puts your Portable Apps into Boot.wim (RAM)

If you want your Portable Apps on USB - Use the Folder on the "Create ISO" Interface
Open that Folder - create a "MyApps" folder - copy your Apps into that folder
Enable the checkbox and then make a NEW Build...

Note: You also have some Portable Apps in your set of programs that have already been scripted in Win10XPE..

The New ISO should now contain "Programs" & "MyApps" folders..
"Programs" should contain Apps from Win10XPE
"MyApps" should contain your Portable Apps

Use a Download Manager like : FDM : Free Download Manager
    OR
30 Day Trial : IDM : Internet Download Manager

@ Vineet Garg, I successfully downloaded the ISO via Linux, the host OS on my PC. I am now downloading a different version—Chinese.

The reason was that I used that website on Windows 10 in VirtualBox.

You can use the scroll box to select "Pro"

Is it legal to select "Pro" if the user has no "Pro" license key?
