You do NOT need to use Rufus or UltraISO
Format the USB stick Fat32 and then just copy the contents of the ISO to USB
You will have to turn "Secure Boot Off" in BIOS
I see the portables in the correct "Custom" folder - Be sure to Checkbox the "Add Your Custom Folder"

After ISO creation you can use "USB7ice - Copy ISO To USB" from the "Create ISO" interface to format and copy ISO to USB

Thank you very much Kyhi for your work and for sharing it with all of us for free.

I leave some screenshots, the folder is activated correctly, but still not loaded within the iso image.Win10XPE - Build Your Own Rescue Media-screenshot_1.png

    Win10XPE - Build Your Own Rescue Media-screenshot_5.png

As you can see in the last image, the iso files were extracted, and the custom folder with the portable programs cannot be found.

    Any solution?

    Thank you.

they should be in Program Files - verify the custom program folders are copied into the "\Win10XPE\Target" directory
I have not used in a long time but do believe the Custom folder is copied into Ram (x:\programs files)
if you go into Create ISO interface the is another custom folder "ISO Root) this will place your program folder(s) on Y:\

    Thanks Kyhi.

Here is the other path, everything seems fine, but folders with programs portable do not appear within the iso image.

The iso image should weigh much more than almost 3 gigabytes, if portable programs had been installed in it.

This iso image should weigh about 7 or 8 gigabytes.

Does the iso image have any limitation of kyhi size?

    1) Also try to perform as follows, with the same negative result.

    1) The iso image still weighs almost 3 gigabytes, how much it should weigh much more, if the portables had been incorporated.

    2) The iso image does not start me in UEFI -GPT.
SONI VAIO ALL IN ONE WINDOWS 10 PRO Compilation 18,362,329.

If it boots me in UEFI -MBR. (In another machine).

    A) I think it is because it does not allow me to boot .win images.

    B) Safe boot is disabled.

    C) I can perfectly boot eg the sergey strelec disk and other rescue discs in UEFI -GPT, but not this one.

    D) SERGEY STRELEC .ESD disk

    KYHY .WIM disk

    Maybe this is it!

@lacruelrealidad : You are trying with so many variables, Take the things one by one!

1.There may be problems booting into the prepared ISO if it's size goes over 4 GB. Make sure that the final ISO is not larger than 4GB for now. Then USB7ice will undoubtedly prepare boot media which is bootable in all environment combinations of UEFI & Legacy BIOS.

    2. I think you are using USB7ice wrongly, You have to just select the 'pen drive', 'ISO' & then 'Copy ISO to USB Drive'. You are not supposed to use 'Add files to USB root from' in the USB7ice box. You have to do that only in the WinBuilder before creating ISO to include your portable programs!
To avoid any confusions, use USB7ice independently. Make the ISO with WinBuilder & then use USB7ice to burn the ISO to pen drive. Download USB7ice here :

    Usb7ice.zip
    OR
    USB7ice Official Site

    3. At first just try to include one or two portable programs successfully in the ISO . Then you will know the way.
To avoid any problems : After making changes, click the Refresh button & let the things load. Check & make sure all the changes you made, are loaded. Then Click blue PLAY button to make an ISO with all the changes as we did it initially.
With my little experience : To save all the changes, better proceed with blue PLAY button & not to jump directly to make & create ISO. It will run & enable all the scripts / things you have selected!

    4. You mentioned SONY ALL IN ONE .........! Take care the project fully supports only Official M$ Win 10 ISO Releases.

    Thanks & Regards. ...

EDIT : With my little experience : When you boot into the WIn10XPE ISO, you will have three ''drives / Partitions'' related to it in the Computer folder. That are X: boot , B: RAMDISK & Y: . So, it would be better to use ISO Root Folder to add portable programs. This will land your so many portable programs folders on the Y: i.e. your pen drive & not in the RAM!
When you are in the boot & want to launch them, go in the Y: & launch apps from there for now !!

the win10xpe target picture - shows your 17 added programs..
they will be in X:\Program Files\

the last picture you show has a "Programs" and a "Source" Folder
what is in the "Programs" folder ??
As the Boot.wim is in "Sources" folder

    2) The iso .wim image can be downloaded from the microsoft specialized forum (Technet).

    3) 3) My pc, is a SONY VAIO ALL IN ONE, with windows 10 pro by 64 bits, compilation 18.362.329, boot UEFI -GPT.

    @lacruelrealidad :

    1. Good. There will be no booting problems except for the one mentioned in POINT 3 BELOW

    2. You can download Official M$ releases here : TechBench by WZT
( The created download links work for 24 hours. After that you will have to create new link.
It is there in Win10XPE tool as well! )

    3. There is a limitation with UEFI-GPT firmware. It will boot either in 64 bit or 32 bit material.
So, your SONY VAIO will be able to boot only in 64 bit ISOs in UEFI Mode.
    ( Thanks to a kind Senior! )

    Thanks & Regards. ...

Two years ago, I downloaded “Win14393PESE_x64 ISO” and burnt it onto a DVD.
Today, in BIOS, under "Boot Mode Selection", I selected "UEFI only". Then I tried and failed to boot my PC from the DVD. I suppose “Win14393PESE_x64 ISO” does not support UEFI. Does "Win10XPE_2019-07-20.7z" support UEFI?
