The "XPE Host Boot Option" Interface States.

Running this Plugin will result in a Batch File --> RunAsAdmin
To Optionally Boot Your PC Directly from the Projects Directory

Should I manually run "BootMenuOption.cmd" and then restart my PC?
    Create your Build...
    Run cmd as admin..
    then reboot....

NOTE: The Utilities are Not Part of The Build Process..

After selecting "Run All Programs From RAM", before running "BootMenuOption.cmd", should I I click on the blue "Play" button or "Create Boot.wim & ISO"?

Click On "Blue Play" Button with "Create ISO" enabled

You would only really need to use the "Create Boot.wim & ISO" Button --> if you where to Add Additional Apps to Existing Build... Rather then having to Create A New Build to include those Additional Apps..

Once the Boot Menu Option is SET.... It does not need to be SET again...
Which means you can boot every Newer XPE Build via Boot Menu...

If you have a UEFI Host Boot Menu - you will not be able to boot x86 Builds...

    @Kyhi : Sir,

    1) Win 10 1903 is faster for you than Win 8.1 ? People say Win 10 is very heavy ?

    2)

Thanks, I thought every new build will need a fresh boot menu entry.

    Thanks & Regards. ...

    1) Yes it always seemed to me that Windows 10 was heavier and slower - But Testing Proved Differently...

    2) the Boot Menu Option tells the PC to Boot From the "\Win10XPE\ISO" folder

    C:\Users\frank\OneDrive\Escritorio\Win10XPE_2019-09-20 OLD\ = wrong

    C:\Win10XPE
    = Correct

When I reference the "Win10XPE" folder I am referring to the C:\Win10XPE Base Folder

NOT the second folder inside the base folder - C:\Win10XPE\Projects\Win10XPE

You are merging with the wrong Win10XPE Folders
    Thank you so much James.

    1) I followed all his indications and tried to build a new iso image, this image failed again.

Here I attach the log file.

James here I leave some more captures.

I don't know what happens with this compilation of the program, but I can't create a correct iso image.
This did not happen to me in previous compilations.

Are you allowing the Apps access to the internet to download program files ????
As a lot of your errors are due to missing program files...
Also you never updated AddOn Package...

    1) I see a valid ISO...
    2) I see 4 program folders...

Most Likely you do not have ISO Folder populated
    As in Post #655
