I saw one more problem.
Location based or host based timezone is set. But date format is set as US date format. How to get host date format?

I am using 1903 ISO files home as source with install.esd changed to install.wim
Second I am able to change regional settings after xpe boot.
But when I click 1st shot in regshot2, it shows a lot of options. Should it be whole registry or anything else.
What is the difference between 1st shot and 2nd shot regshot2?
How to use it in additions?
@Kyhi :
Greets,
Thanks for opening & easing up the whole process of making / editing PE for newbies.
Sir,
Can we use the latest version ( 19th / 20th July 2019 ) Win10XPE*.7z Project File(s) with Win 10 1903 ISO ?
Thanks & Regards. ...
UPDATE : Sorry for bothering! I came to know that win 10 1903 is supported.

@lvgandhi & @Disk2019 :
Greets.
(i) Thanks for the quick responses.
(ii) The 'How To' somewhere says that it supports official M$ releases & no preview releases officially. Though It is good to know that insider build 18963.1000 worked for you & so should work for others!
(iii) Official Untouched M$ Win 10 ISO should be used. The official release includes Install.wim only!
( TechBench by WZT (v4.1.1) )
(iv)It would be further better to use Win 10 Pro than Win 10 Home.
(iv) Regshot :
Tracking Registry Changes while making Installation and / or Other modifications that change registry
Thanks & Regards. ...

(ii) the current release does not support 18963 without the addition of 1 file (will be included in next release)
with that said adding "gameinput.dll" to build will support testing of the Preview Release 18963
Although each Release is based upon Official Retail Release Software
Many test with newest preview releases, with the understanding that the results may vary..
(iii) Yes that is the site we use to download MS Techbench Installation Media with Install.wim (Install.esd not supported in project)
(iv) We test with the PRO version or index...
(v) Yes we use Regshot2 (included) all the time to track registry changes
