I'm getting download fails when Win10PE tries to download certain program both when building an ISO and when I choose the program from the App list and click that download button. I'm using the Windows 10 Pro English ISO downloaded from the link on the first screen as the base, and haven't changed any of the default options in Win10XPE.

Here are the errors for AOMEI Partition:
    Code:
[Warning] (Macro.script) Failed Downloading http://www2.aomeisoftware.com/download/pa/PAssist_Std.exe Aria2c Return: 1 - An unknown error occurred.
[Warning] (Macro.script) Failed Downloading http://www.aomeisoftware.com/download/pa/PAssist_Std.exe Aria2c Return: 1 - An unknown error occurred.
[Warning] (Macro.script) Failed Downloading http://www.aomeisoftware.com/download/pa/PAssist_Std.exe Aria2c Return: 1 - An unknown error occurred.
The other programs not downloading are MPC-BE, Firefox, and BCompare. I've tried several times, but the same the happens. Other than that, I can create a USB boot drive from the ISO and it works, but without those programs. I really need a partition manager so I remade the ISO adding Minitool Partition manager as a workaround for now.

Just tested both links via Builder - and both links downloaded without issue - for me..
I assume that some how an AV software has blocked the use of Ariac2 - you must allow an Exception through your AV software for the Base Folder (D:\Win10XPE)

you can also download the links directly via Internet Explorer

I just tried it on a different computer on which I just did a clean install of Windows 10, and it works with no errors.
It's definitely an issue with the first computer (my main machine). On that one I have Bitdefender Total Security installed. I added an exception for the Win10XPE folder, and then disabled real-time virus protection completely, but it still gave the error. Also, Bitdefender doesn't show any dialogs and there is nothing in its logs about anything being blocked. Windows Defender is turn off completely. Any other ideas what could be interfering with the downloads?

On a totally different point, is there a way to use Win10XPE to install an Input Method Editor? Specifically, I want to add the Japanese IME, which is strangely not available even if you build from the Japanese ISO and install the language pack. Microsoft must have thought people wouldn't need it for some reason. However, someone figured out how to get it installed as described here:
    「Win10のWindowsPEにWin10のIME」ペントードのブログ | ペントードのページ - みんカラ
The instructions (including detailed comments in the REM lines) are in Japanese, but you can see that it 1) makes a backup of winpe.wim, 2) uses DISM to add packages that enable Japanese language functionally, 3) rips the IME resources straight from the host system's Windows folder, and 4) adds a bunch of registry entries. After that there are a few tweaks like maximizing the display resolution and something about network functionality. Is there a way to somehow copy the code for 2, 3, and 4 above into Win10XPE to have it add those resources to the ISO as it builds it? Or, would it be better to follow his(?) instructions, using the ISO created by Win10XPE as the input ISO (and try to skip the parts unrelated to the IME)?

This is really niche, but I'm guessing if MS removed the Japanese IME, they probably removed them for other languages too (boo).

Thank you for this tool, by the way. It is exactly what I've been looking for to help with system maintenance.

    Win10XPE supports
    Ime_ko-KR
    Ime_zh-CN
    Ime_zh-TW

Other then that the language support would have to be developed for the project...

OK. The IME may be more trouble than its worth. I'll play around with it if I have time. Otherwise I just need to add the Japanese language pack and fonts, or filenames with Japanese characters show as boxes.

Sorry for so many questions at once, but before I go any further... is there a way to include the Windows 10 installer from the source ISO in the final ISO? I'd like to be able to launch Windows Setup to start the installer from within PE.
I accomplished this a while back by making a USB with the Windows 10 Media Creation tool, and then swapping the \sources\boot.wim file with a custom one I downloaded (before I found out about Win10XPE). That doesn't seem to be the best method here, though.

Only difference in how you did it before - is rather then downloading a Boot.wim from internet
You are creating one with XPE - Just "Run All Programs From Ram"
    Or
On Build Core / Main Interface > Enable "Windows Installer Files (Setup.exe)"
I have not tested this method and not sure what Installer Files are included

    I tried the latest one.
Chrome is not working in booted ISO. It shows blank.
    MBAM also not working.
avira tries to download and install from booted ISO after clicking icon of avira.
Any clues where and what to check?

Pl download the latest plugin from theoven forum :

    Win10XPE Optional Member XPE Plugins

save the plugin & file to a separate folder & everytime you see a chrome update plz visit tools.shuax.com/chrome & copy both x64 as well as x86 or 32 bit links then paste them to plugin file plus change the version number to both plugin & file on xpe accordingly . i hope this latest version will resolve your issue or please keep an eye on warnings after you build your xpe at log tab & correct all those warnings .
