Indeed when working with the Win10XPE project, A/V software will throw false-positive notifications. In post 3 of this forum is the Quick Start post and instruction 4 states to please allow an exception in your A/V software for the folder being used to build your project. IF, you noticed - you are using ONLINE commands for DISM - thus you are scanning the Booted WinPE...
"Image Health" is not related to Win10XPE - it is a "Host OS" tool..
try adding to Additions
as they are require for newer (2025*) preview releasesCode:\Windows\System32\ime_textinputhelpers.dll \Windows\Syswow64\ime_textinputhelpers.dll
