Indeed when working with the Win10XPE project, A/V software will throw false-positive notifications. In post 3 of this forum is the Quick Start post and instruction 4 states to please allow an exception in your A/V software for the folder being used to build your project. Removed HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\MiniNT
