what causes the failed to extract, I don't mind figuring it out, its just that while I am here I would ask. What I really want to know is how to remove a failed portable plugin or even a good portable plugin. I suppose I could just uncheck it.

What do you mean correctly? Wrong Keyboard layout ?
You do need to enable "Accessibility" Checkbox in Build Core
What Shell ? Explorer or WinXshell..
    What Arch Build? x64

    Attachment 209071

Also there is in "System Tools" > "SlideTo ShutDown" For Touch Screens...

Note: Do Not Have Touch Screen Device To Test On - So Rely on Users For Feedback
Thanks for you reply. Sorry for the confusion, I used Explorer x86 and did enable "Accessibility". However, when I pressed the "keyboard" icon, it didn't pop up keyboard at all(no response). I have been testing these WinPE Projects for 3 Years and have not seen that Keyboard Icon by the Clock..
I did find, However, that you can right-click on notification area and enable the Keyboard shortcut..
Which is a Windows Feature that is Not Currently Supported in Project...

Although, If you use the "Edit Pecmd.ini" Button on Build Core
You should be able to launch the "On Screen Keyboard" via a Desktop Icon..

Add This line below "_SUB Shortcuts"
    Code:
    LINK %Desktop%\Accessibility\OSK,%WinDir%\System32\OSK.exe
Other wise the Standard Location for the OSK shortcut is StartMenu/Accessibility/OSK

Win10XPE Update Release 2018.11.24 doesn't work properly for me.Tested under two different PCs I cannot see any disk drives from Explorer.

Also, I used w10 Home as source and when booting the ISO I got w10 Enterprise.

Where can I download an older version?.
