Maps and pictures

Hi guys, asking for some assistance here. I would like to put some pictures from my android phone and place them into a google map so that when I send to a friend, he can click the picture that was taken at the spot on the map and see what its like, a bit like a street map but expanded....can anyone help?

Thanks...but doesn't seem to work for me. even when i want to import a jpg file it says it isn't one

I am a Google guide so do this every day click on the place the details come up on the left with add photo click on that to add
