Can't Select Photoshop as a Default App

    Hi
I've just downloaded Photoshop CC2018 and tried to make it the default photo viewer, but it does not appear in the list of apps that I can select from. Have also tried doing the same for opening .jpg files, but just the same, no Photoshop! I have rebooted the system a couple of times but it makes no difference.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Thanks Ken
I've just spent the thick end of an hour chatting with Adobe and after them remotely fiddling, the problem was deemed to be if you have both Photoshop CS6 and CC2018 on the same computer, Windows doesnt know which one to have to offer as a default option so doesn't give you any! Solution, get rid of the old one!

Well that is interesting. Saw another thread and they had two, 2015 and 2018.

Hope you post on the Adobe forum. Could save a lot of people a lot of headaches.

Thanks for posting back your solution. Makes the TenForums one step ahead of the others.
